What should payers consider before diving into a data lake?

As payers try to determine the best way to gain insights from the massive amounts of data at their disposal, they may consider building a "data lake"—a centralized repository that can store both structured and unstructured data. But this is an undertaking that requires careful consideration of several factors, as well as buy-in from across the enterprise.

  • Determine where your organization sits on the spectrum of science adoption
