Podcast: Embracing change in healthcare and beyond

"You're always on some journey to achieve something, fix something, make things better. And if you can get excited by the journey versus being attached to the outcome, I think that's where the fulfillment comes from." That's just one nugget of wisdom offered by Cotiviti's Rachael Jones, senior vice president of performance analytics and quality, in a new interview with the HIT Like a Girl podcast.

Listen to the interview here on the Cotiviti blog as Rachael dives into:

  • Her career journey in healthcare data analytics
  • What Cotiviti is doing to create sustainable change in healthcare
  • How the COVID-19 pandemic intensified focus on health equity

About the HIT Like a Girl podcast

"The HIT Like a Girl pod mission is pretty simple: to celebrate women leaders in healthcare and health IT. We advocate for and create more paths to leadership positions for girls and young women to follow. We want women to feel supported, uplifted, recognized, appreciated, and rewarded for their professional contributions. And if we happen to fix the U.S. healthcare system while doing it, even better."
